Digital Products and Satisfaction Guarantee

To qualify for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- You must provide a brief explanation of why you are dissatisfied with the program.
- You must have accessed no more than 30% of the program content.
Upon receiving your refund request, our support team will review your submission and may contact you for additional information. We aim to process all refund requests within 7 business days of receipt.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:
- Programs purchased during special promotions explicitly marked as "non-refundable"
- Programs where you have accessed more than 30% of the content
- Programs purchased more than 14 days prior to the refund request
- Any additional services or add-ons purchased separately from the main program
- One-on-one consultation sessions that have already been conducted
Bundle Purchases
If you purchased a program as part of a bundle or package, we will issue a partial refund based on the discounted price of the specific program you wish to return, not the full individual program price. The value of the refund will be calculated as follows:
Refund Amount = (Total Bundle Price) - (Bundle Price Without the Returned Program)
If returning the program would make you ineligible for the bundle discount on the remaining programs, the refund may be adjusted to account for this change in pricing structure.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The timing of the refund reaching your account depends on your payment provider and may take up to:
- 5-10 business days for credit card payments
- 1-3 business days for mobile money transactions
- 5-7 business days for bank transfers
Please note that any transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by your payment provider are non-refundable.
Cancellation of Access
Upon processing your refund, your access to the program materials will be revoked. Any downloaded materials should be deleted from your devices, and you agree not to use, distribute, or share any content from the program after receiving a refund.
