Our Story
Saloutovir was born out of founder Adwoa Mensah's personal struggle with debt and financial uncertainty. After transforming her own financial situation through education and disciplined practice, Adwoa became passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom.
What began as informal workshops in 2018 has grown into Ghana's leading financial literacy program, with over 15,000 graduates who have collectively reduced debt, increased savings, and improved their financial wellbeing.
Today, we're proud to offer comprehensive financial training programs that address the unique challenges and opportunities within Ghana's economic landscape. Our approach combines timeless financial principles with practical applications tailored to local realities.

Adwoa Mensah
Founder & CEO
A former banker with 15 years of experience in Ghana's financial sector, Adwoa founded Saloutovir after witnessing firsthand the devastating effects of financial illiteracy. She holds an MBA in Finance and is a certified financial counselor.
Grace Osei
Head of Curriculum Development
With a background in education and finance, Grace designs our comprehensive financial training programs. She specializes in creating accessible learning materials that translate complex financial concepts into practical, actionable guidance.
Kofi Boateng
Investment Specialist
Kofi brings 12 years of experience as an investment advisor to our team. He leads our investment education programs and helps clients understand wealth-building opportunities within Ghana's financial markets. He holds a CFA designation.
Ama Darko
Debt Management Specialist
Ama's expertise in debt negotiation and management has helped hundreds of clients escape the debt cycle. She develops our debt freedom programs and provides one-on-one counseling for clients with complex debt situations.
Kwame Annan
Technology Director
